So those that have not heard my wife and I have a new addition to our family. His name is Jeremiah Everett Fitzpatrick. Born 09-11-09. At 9:33. Weighing 6 pounds 15 ounces.
Being that he is our first child I am learning alot about being a parent. I can't always fill his needs. Some times he is hungry, tired, dipper changed, burped, or just left alone. I still feel the need to try and make everything better and that is what makes me think about how God works in our life.
Think about it our father is sitting with us trying to burp the sin of the world out of us yet what do we do, we just keep attaching ourselves to the boob of this world. We should know by now it's not good for us like a moms boob is good for her child. Yet something about it still draws us in.
Try allowing God to burp you after being on the boob of the world. He has a plain for your life, a will, a goal, a purpose. You have been given a chance to burp up the old life and take in the new.
